Primary School Administrator Full Time (Leeds)
We are looking for an organised and friendly Primary School Administrator to join a friendly school in Leeds after the Easter break. This is a full-time role supporting the smooth day-to-day running of a busy school office.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing front office reception and handling enquiries from parents and visitors
Maintaining pupil records and school databases
Supporting attendance monitoring and reporting
Assisting with general administrative tasks and correspondence
Working closely with staff to ensure efficient school operations
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience (school experience desirable)
Strong organisational and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and school systems (e.g. SIMS/Arbor preferred)
A professional, approachable, and flexible attitude
Start Date: After Easter
Hours: Full Time
