We're working with a growing organisation based in Watford who are looking for an experienced Payroll Administrator to join their team.
This is a great opportunity for someone confident running payroll end-to-end and looking to join a supportive, well-structured environment.
Key responsibilities:
Running payroll cycles end-to-end
Ensuring compliance with UK statutory requirements (SSP, SMP, PAYE, NIC)
Performing payroll checks, reconciliations and validations
Investigating and resolving payroll queries
Maintaining accurate payroll records and data integrityAbout you:
Proven experience running payroll from start to finish
Strong understanding of UK payroll legislation
Experience using payroll systems and handling data validation
High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
