Office Administrator
Full time contract – 13 months (Maternity Cover)
Uxbridge – Hybrid working (4 days office / 1 day home),
We are partnering with a global technology company to hire a proactive Office Administrator to support their UK team. Based in Uxbridge, this role is central to keeping the office running smoothly and creating a positive, productive environment.
The Role
You will act as the central point of contact for all office operations, ensuring a seamless day-to-day experience for employees and visitors. This is a varied, hands-on position combining facilities management, administrative coordination, and employee support. From managing suppliers and office logistics to supporting onboarding, events, and internal communications, you will play a key role in maintaining an organised, compliant, and engaging workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office operations, suppliers, and workspace upkeep
Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel, and communications
Maintain records, risk assessments, and asset tracking
Support expenses and basic finance administration
Organise team events and provide front-of-house support
Coordinate onboarding, including IT setup and inductions
Ensure compliance with UK regulations and training requirements
Assist employees with benefits and internal policies
Manage internal communications and engagement initiatives

Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Confident, proactive, and people-focused
Experience in office admin or coordination roles
Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
