Hospitality Assistant – Kitchen & Front of House
Location: South Manchester / Cheshire (commutable)
Salary: £20,000 – £25,000

Role Overview
We are looking to recruit a passionate and driven Hospitality Assistant to join their fantastic Workspace team within a stunning office building.
You will:

Support both the kitchen team / in-house restaurant

Support the wider workspace team across office space, gym, meeting rooms, and lounge areas

You will learn and develop in all areas of the workspace team, from kitchen support and food preparation to maintaining high standards of cleanliness. The company is looking to invest in a candidate who can grow and develop within the workspace team.
Candidate Requirements
We are hiring for attitude, reliability, and potential, not just experience:

1–2 years in a hands-on role (e.g., kitchen porter, cleaner, FoH, hospitality, facilities) is desirable

Strong work ethic and positive attitude

Confidence working independently but happy to take direction
-
Ability to prioritise and manage pace without getting flustered
-
Genuine interest in being part of a great team and growing your skills
Even better if you have:
-
Experience in kitchens, hospitality, front of house, or facilities
-
Level 2 Food Safety or COSHH training (or interest in gaining it)
-
Experience with basic IT tools (email, Zoom, Excel, Word)
-
A quiet pride in doing things well, even when no one’s watching
-
Driving Licence - is desirable
Role Responsibilities

Kitchen support: Wash dishes, clean surfaces, rotate stock, assist with basic food prep, maintain hygiene standards

Front of house support: Welcome employees and visitors, support events, ensure workspaces are clean and set up
-
Facilities and compliance: Assist with building upkeep, basic maintenance, fire safety, first aid, and COSHH routines

Be ready to help with busy services, visitors, or any workplace issues

Grow your capability by asking questions, applying feedback, and learning how the workspace team operates
