SANZA Teaching Agency are working with a fantastic 2- form entry primary school in Havering (Upminster) who are looking for a learning support assistant to join their school from April 2026.
The role is to support key children across key stage 2.

It is located close to Upminster Station (District Line and Overground Liberty Line) and has plenty of parking space available.
About you:
As a learning support assistant applying for this position, you:
Must have previous experience supporting young people with special needs, particularly Autism
Must be knowledgeable about working with children with special needs
Must be skilled in leading small group interventions and delivering structured curriculum sessions
Must be familiar with strategies used to support learning for children with autism or speech and language delay
Must be able to work within a team and support others
Must be able to motivate and inspire
