Production Operator
Location: Shipley
Pay Rate: £13.26 per hour
Working hours - Rotating shift - all hours paid, breaks are paid
Contract Type: Ongoing temporary opportunity with permanent potential
Shift Pattern: Weekly rotating shifts - Morning and Afters with EARLY finish on Friday !!!
Manpower is recruiting Production Operators on behalf of a well?established international manufacturing organisation. This is a hands?on, shop?floor role within an industrial environment, suitable for candidates who are reliable, safety?focused, and comfortable working in a physically active setting.
The Role
As a Production Operator, you will support the manufacturing process to ensure products are produced efficiently, safely, and to the required quality standards.
Key duties include:
Operating and monitoring industrial furnaces and production machinery
Loading and unloading materials in line with manual handling guidelines
Assembly work
Performing quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
Performing stock checks
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following all health & safety policies and operating procedures
Filling in paperwork / reportsAbout You
We are looking for individuals who are dependable and willing to learn, with a positive attitude towards shift work.
Essential requirements:
Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or factory environment
Ability to work in a physically demanding role, including standing for long periods and lifting products.
Comfortable working in high?temperature environments
Good attention to detail and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Strong attendance, timekeeping, and teamwork skillsDesirable but not essential:
Assembly experience

Monday - Thursday: 6:00am - 2:00pm
Friday: 6:00am - 11:00am- short shift ?Week 2
