Position Details:
Contract Type: Temporary - 12 months
Hourly Rate: £14.40p/hr
Start Date: 13th April 2026
Working Pattern: Full Time (Mon - Fri, 9 AM - 5 PM)
Location: South Gyle, City of Edinburgh
Work From Home: After 6-8 weeks of training in the office you will be able to work 3 days per week from home.Our office is conveniently located just a 12-minute walk from Edinburgh Park train station and an 11-minute walk from the Edinburgh Park Station tram station.
Your Role:
As an Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting account closures for Lloyds Banking Group. Your main responsibilities will include:
Processing Mailbox Queries: Efficiently managing inbound mail and responding to queries.
Account Closures: Overseeing the closure process with attention to detail.
Outbound Calls: Verifying closures with customers and confirming details.
IT Proficiency: Utilizing your good IT skills to navigate systems effectively.What We're Looking For:

An adaptable, tech-savvy individual who enjoys independent decision-making.
