We’re hiring for a Receptionist to join an established engineering manufacturer based in Chapel-en-le-Frith.
In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring the reception area runs smoothly while providing administrative support to the wider team.

What will you be doing as a Receptionist?

Greeting visitors and welcoming guests to reception
-
Managing incoming calls and directing enquiries to the relevant departments

Ensuring visitors sign in and follow site security procedures
-
Booking and managing meeting rooms and calendars
-
Providing refreshments for visitors and meetings
-
Supporting the sales team with general administration tasks

Sorting, distributing and sending incoming and outgoing mail
What will you need?

Previous experience in a Receptionist, Front of House or Administrative role (3+ years preferred)

Strong customer service and communication skills

Good organisation and multitasking ability

Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
