Our growing client based in Enfield is seeking a reliable and capable Warehouse & Logistics Operative to support the day-to-day operation of the warehouse and delivery function. This is a hands-on role combining warehouse duties and delivery driving with additional responsibility to step in for the Warehouse Manager during periods of leave.
The successful candidate will play a key part in ensuring orders are processed accurately, deliveries are planned efficiently, and customers receive a consistent, professional service. As part of a small, agile team, the role requires strong organisation, good people skills and the ability to take ownership when required.
The role is a full-time temp to perm position working 7am-4pm, Monday-Friday. This role offers a salary of £30,000.
Key Responsibilities:

Ensure the smooth and efficient running of warehouse operations

Support timely and accurate delivery of products to customers

Maintain effective use of order processing and stock systems

Provide cover and leadership in the absence of the Warehouse Manager

Carry out day-to-day warehouse duties including picking, packing, goods-in and stock organisation

Support stock control, inventory accuracy and housekeeping standards

Undertake customer deliveries in a professional and courteous manner
Key Skills:

Confidence using warehouse systems, order processing software, and basic IT tools

Ability to plan routes logically and efficiently

Good communication and people skills, with the confidence to guide others when needed
