We are looking for an organised and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator on a part-time basis. Working 22.5 hours per week with a flexible schedule, you will be responsible for supporting the accurate and timely processing of four separate payrolls while also assisting with pension administration.

Key Responsibilities
Process and administer payrolls, ensuring employees are paid accurately and on time
Maintain and update payroll records including new starters, leavers, and changes to pay or deductions
Calculate statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, and other payroll adjustments where required
Support pension administration including enrolment, contributions, and communications
Liaise with HR and finance teams to ensure payroll data is accurate and up to date
Ensure compliance with relevant payroll legislation and internal procedures
Respond to payroll-related queries from employees in a timely and professional manner
Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliations as required
About You
Previous experience in a payroll administration role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good understanding of payroll processes and statutory requirements
Experience supporting workplace pensions and auto-enrolment processes would be an advantage
Confident using payroll software and Excel
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple payrolls and prioritise workload effectively
