Position: Sales Administrator
Location: Basingstoke
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
Aftersales Administrator required. Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturer based in the Basingstoke area. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator to join a close-knit team within a fast-paced environment and rewarding environment.
Aftersales Administrator Position Overview
Processing aftersales enquiries, customer orders and complaints from customers
Tracking aftersales order from processing through to despatch
Liaising closely with internal teams including engineering, stores, sales and logistics
Maintaining an accurate record of customer interactions, quotation requests and documents.
Providing administrative support to the after sales operations including creating and following up on leads
Providing customer certificates and documents relating to equipment
Aftersales Administrator Position Requirements
Proven experience within a Sales / Administrative related role
Proficient with MS365 such as Outlook and Excel
Strong attention to detail
Based in a commutable distance of Basingstoke
Exposure to an engineering / manufacturing environment is advantageous
Familiarity with CRM / ERP systems is advantageous
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Aftersales Administrator Position Remuneration
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
5 hours per week. Flexible within Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
30 days holiday, including bank holidays, increasing with tenure
