As the Assistant SENCO at this primary school, you will work closely with the SENCo to support the co-ordination of SEND across EYFS, KS1 & KS2.
You will help in identifying pupils requiring additional support and assist with the implementation and reviews of support plans as well as contributing to the EHCP process and annual reviews.
You will work alongside class teachers and support staff to promote inclusive classroom practice and ensure that pupils with SEND are supported both academically, physically and emotionally.
