Based in the vibrant Salford Quays area of Manchester, Recruit 360 is a busy and expanding recruitment agency specialising in both permanent and temporary placements. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a Payroll Admin Assistant to join our friendly team and support our payroll and administrative operations.
This is an excellent part-time opportunity for someone organised, reliable, and looking to gain or build experience within payroll and accounts in a supportive office environment.
Working Hours

Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday

9:00am – 1:00pm

10–15 hours per week initially, with the potential for additional hours as the role develops.
The Role
You will support the team with payroll administration and general office duties, helping ensure processes run smoothly and accurately.
Key Responsibilities

Assisting with weekly payroll administration

Processing and checking timesheets

Supporting general accounts and administrative tasks

Maintaining accurate employee and payroll records

Responding to basic payroll queries when required
Skills & Experience

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

Strong attention to detail and organisation

Good communication and administrative skills

Sage experience would be advantageous

Some accounts or payroll experience is helpful but not essential, as training can be provided
Location & Flexibility
This role is office-based in the City of Salford / Manchester area, with the possibility of one day per week hybrid working once settled into the role.
