Ripon Select Foods Ltd is an established, successful, family-owned business manufacturing dried food ingredients used in many leading branded products. We aim to offer job satisfaction and security.
Due to our on-site expansion, we are creating a new warehouse based role. We are looking for an individual whose primary role will be on-site shunting of product to the warehouse from the factory, picking and loading/unloading vehicles. Lifting 25kg for the job-related manual handling tasks, alongside other various duties to suit the needs of the business.
The working hours are 40 hours/week on a 3-shift pattern (the shift pattern may change in the future).
The ideal candidate must be reliable and conscientious. You will need a current Counterbalance Fork Lift Truck licence, and a reach truck licence and HGV / LGV experience would be beneficial. Additional skills required are excellent communication and the ability to process information accurately. Computer knowledge would be an advantage.
Previous warehouse experience would be ideal but not necessary as full and comprehensive training will be provided.Benefits include a competitive salary, contributory pension scheme, workwear, generous holiday allowance, free on-site parking.
