You will support the finance and accounts function by maintaining accurate insurer records, assisting with loan administration, and ensuring compliance with internal procedures and regulatory requirements.
Duties of Accounts Administrator:
Reconcile insurer statements
Collaborate with the Accounts team to identify and resolve outstanding balances owed to insurers.
Assist with loan administration, including preparing client loan documentation and setting up loans
Support wider Accounts functions and provide cover during staff absence or annual leave.
Report any potential breaches of FCA regulations or internal procedures to the Compliance & Resources Director.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant financial processes and regulatory requirements.
Carry out all duties in line with legal, regulatory, and company ethical standards
