Evening School Cleaner (Enhanced DBS Required)
Location: Haywards Heath
Hours: Monday to Thursday 4pm-9pm
Salary: £12.21-£12.71

We’re looking for a dependable and hardworking Evening School Cleaner to join our clients friendly site team. This role is essential in helping us maintain a safe, clean and welcoming environment for our pupils, staff and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Cleaning classrooms, corridors, offices and communal areas

Emptying bins and disposing of waste safely

Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and general floor care

Wiping down surfaces, desks and touchpoints
-
Maintaining cleaning equipment and reporting any issues
-
Ensuring all areas meet health and safety and hygiene standards
Requirements

An Enhanced DBS check

Must Drive due to the location

Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Reliability and a positive attitude

Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential
