Danny Sullivan Group are currently seeking a reliable and experienced CSCS Skilled Operative to join a busy construction project in Carterton, Oxfordshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading contractor on a well-established site.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting site operations and ensuring groundwork and general construction activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities working as a Skilled Operative

Carrying out a range of skilled operative site duties to support construction activities

Assisting with groundworks, drainage, and general site preparation

Operating hand tools safely and effectively

Supporting trades on site

Ensuring work areas are kept clean, safe, and organised

Following all Health & Safety regulations and site procedures

Working closely with supervisors and site teams to meet project deadlines

Assisting with movement and preparation of materials across the site
Requirements as a Skilled Operative

Valid CSCS Card (essential)
-
Previous experience working as a Skilled Operative or Groundworker on construction sites
-
Good understanding of site Health & Safety procedures
-
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Strong work ethic and reliability
What We Offer
The role as a Skilled Operative is paid on a PAYE basis.
