Planning Administrator
Location: London Gateway, Essex.
Hours: Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday. (37.5 hours)
Salary: £29,000
Due to continued and exciting growth, we are seeking a motivated and commercially minded Planning Administrator to join the team.
Key Responsibilities

Maintain the daily ripening plan and update the 6‑week forward plan

Create transfer orders in Linkfresh and provide 4‑day forward visibility on transport needs

Release transfer orders ahead of intake and pick pallets for container shipments

Maximise inbound/outbound efficiencies based on ripening cycles and customer demand

Manage requirements for third‑party contracts

Download and process EDI orders

Create and release sales orders for warehouse picking and scanning

Review scanned stock and amend orders where needed

Produce driver paperwork and update customer sales trackers

Provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders
Skills & Experience

Excellent time‑management and administrative skills

Strong written and verbal communication

High numeracy level and strong accuracy

Experience within a similar role
