Customer Service Advisor
Swindon
Monday to Friday 0900 – 1700
£13 per hour paid weekly every Friday
Starting early April 2026 contract until September 2027
Evoke Staffing are seeking multiple Customer Service Advisors on a contact basis to start April 2026 up until September 2026. The Customer Service Advisors will be responsible for providing customers with an efficient service via telephone, email and other channels.
Duties:

Handle incoming and outbound enquiries at first point of contract through calls, email, webchat and social media channels.

Assist with any requests regarding products and services.

Process payments accordingly and accurately.

Liaise with other departments to achieve goals.

Undertake other tasks defined by line manager.

Administer all information to business systems accordingly.
To secure this role, it would be a big advantage if you have previous experience working an Customer Advisor, within an office environment. It would also be an advantage if you have used business software systems including Microsoft applications.
We still welcome applicants from other customer service backgrounds such as retail.
Overall, you must be dedicated to provide an excellent customer service in a fast, pressured work environment.
