Receptionist Required

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist visitors and clients in a friendly, professional manner.

Answer and manage incoming calls and email enquiries, directing them to the appropriate staff.

Schedule appointments and coordinate meeting logistics, including room bookings and catering.
