A conscientious individual is sought to assist in a busy Compliance department of a prestigious international Bank.
Your duties will include:

Maintaining internal compliance records and regulatory compliance documents

Advising regulatory updates to Head office

Providing administrative support on contracts and KYC
-
Processing invoice payments
-
Arranging training sessions and maintaining training records

Arranging meetings and managing departmental diary
Your experience must include:

3-5 years proven relevant administration experience gained within banking/investment management

Strong IT skills – Excel, PowerPoint
-
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
-
Ability to multitask
This role will initially work 5 days a week in the London office before transitioning to hybrid – working 3 days a week in the office and 2 days remotely
