Learning Support Assistant required for training provider in Cheshire
WeDoData has recently partnered with a renowned training provider based in Cheshire that is looking to take on a Learning Support Assistant to join their team on a full-time and permanent basis.
My client is rated 'Good' overall, with outstanding grades for 'Behaviour and Attitudes' and 'Personal Development', while being highly regarded for its industry focus, specialist facilities, high student satisfaction, and the variety of courses they offer.
To be eligible, you ideally have a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification. The ability to be able to speak to young people, to lead by example, and to inspire them is required. On this occasion, soft skills (transferable personal qualities—like communication, collaboration, and flexibility) are essential.
In return, my client can offer:
- £24,000 Per Annum
- A permanent full-time role
- Access to a Teachers' Pension Scheme
- A generous annual leave entitlement (up to 43 days)
- Opportunity to join a Simplyhealth Plan
Having a driving license and access to a car is highly recommended, as the role is across multiple campuses.
If you have the relevant experience and would be open to finding out more, please call Jean at WeDoData apply as soon as possible.
If this role isn't quite right for you, please feel free to forward it to anyone you think might be a better fit.
