Assembly Operatives – Immediate Opportunities
Locations: Milton Keynes area (multiple sites)
Pay: £12.37 – £14.94 per hour + bonus + overtime
We are currently recruiting Assembly Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing business in the Milton Keynes area, with opportunities available across multiple sites and shift patterns.
This is a hands-on role suited to candidates who enjoy practical work within a production or manufacturing environment. You will be involved in various stages of the assembly process and will work as part of a team to ensure products are built efficiently and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities

Assembly of components as part of a structured manufacturing process

Supporting different stages of production when required

Following build instructions and quality procedures

Working in line with health and safety guidelines

Contributing to team productivity and continuous improvement initiatives
Skills & Experience

Previous experience in assembly, production, or a similar hands-on role is beneficial

Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Basic computer literacy

Strong teamwork and communication skills

A proactive and reliable approach to work
Working Hours
Positions are available across different shift patterns, depending on the site and department.

Starting rate from £12.37 per hour, increasing up to £14.94 per hour based on skills and training
