Sales Administrator
Location: Wokingham
Working Pattern: Hybrid – 3 days in the office (Tuesday–Thursday), 2 days remote (Monday & Friday)

Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Sales Administrator to support the day-to-day management of customer accounts and sales administration processes.
This role involves managing inbound customer queries, processing account renewals, assisting with billing administration, and maintaining accurate records within the CRM system (HubSpot). The Sales Administrator will work closely with internal teams including Sales, Finance, and Customer Support to ensure customer requests are handled efficiently and administrative processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound customer enquiries via the shared support inbox.
Assist with general account queries including pricing, subscriptions, and product information.
Escalate queries to relevant teams where required.
Process account renewals and subscription updates.
Monitor upcoming renewals and follow up where necessary.
Manage account changes such as upgrades and customer detail updates.
Respond to initial customer queries relating to invoices and payments.
Liaise with the Finance team to resolve billing discrepancies.
Ensure billing updates are accurately recorded.
Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system (HubSpot).
Update account details, contacts, and subscription information.
Support internal teams with CRM data updates where required.
Maintain organised customer account records and documentation.
Ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
Experience & Skills
Essential
Experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
Desirable
Experience working with subscriptions or renewals.
Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred).
Experience in a service-based business
