The studio is expanding and bringing its expertise to new projects across the Residential, Healthcare, Commercial, Education, and Industrial sectors, with a strong focus on design quality, innovation, and technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:
Assist in the development of design concepts and detailed drawings.
Produce high-quality 3D models, renders, and visualizations.
Participate in the preparation of planning applications and other regulatory submissions.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure project delivery meets deadlines and quality standards.
Engage in client meetings, site visits, and project reviews.
Contribute to the preparation of presentations and reports.
Support the team in researching materials, products, and design trends.
Key Requirements for this Part 2 Architectural Assistant role:
A degree in Architecture (RIBA Part 2 or equivalent).
Proficiency in design software such as Revit.
Strong understanding of UK building regulations and planning policies.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
A creative and innovative approach to problem-solving.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
A keen interest in sustainable design practices.
