Part 2 Architectural Assistant
Location: West Sussex
Salary: £28-34,000 DOE
I'm working with an award winning AJ100 architectural practice to find a Part 2 Architectural Assistant for their modern and highly sociable studio based in West Sussex. The team delivers a broad range of projects across residential, education, commercial, healthcare and hospitality sectors, with a strong focus on sustainable and people centred design.

Key Responsibilities for the Part 2 Architectural Assistant:
- Support the design and delivery of education, mixed-use and commercial projects
- Assist with the preparation of drawings and presentation material across multiple RIBA stages
- Produce detailed plans, elevations, sections and technical information
- Collaborate with consultants and internal teams to ensure coordinated project delivery
- Contribute to sustainable design strategies and technical development
- Attend meetings and support communication with clients and stakeholders
About You:
- Masters in Architecture from a RIBA accredited institution
- Sufficient experience in a UK practice
- Proficient in Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong design, conceptual and technical ability
- Good working knowledge of UK Building Regulations
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proactive, detail focused and keen to develop professionally
