We are currently recruiting for an experienced Fabrication Supervisor to join a well-established fabrication and manufacturing business based in Leicester.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong hands-on fabrication experience who is ready to lead and support a workshop team in a busy production environment.
The Role
As Fabrication Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the fabrication workshop, ensuring production targets, quality standards and health & safety requirements are maintained.
Responsibilities include:

Supervising and supporting a team of fabricators and welders

Organising workloads and ensuring production targets are met

Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings

Maintaining quality standards across all fabrication work

Ensuring safe working practices within the workshop

Supporting the team with hands-on fabrication when required
Experience Required

Strong fabrication and welding knowledge

Previous experience working within a fabrication or manufacturing workshop

Experience supervising or leading teams in a production environment

Ability to read and interpret engineering / fabrication drawings

Good communication and organisational skills

Late Shift
Monday – Thursday: 14:00 – 00:00
Friday: Day Off
Salary
