Customer Service Advisor – Wakefield (WF2)
£12.75 per hour (rate increase due April)
Shifts: 08:00–17:30 or 08:30–18:00
Mainly Monday–Friday with some weekend flexibility required
We are looking for a confident, customer‑focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Advisor based in Wakefield (WF2). This is a great opportunity for someone with strong communication skills who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast‑paced environment.
⭐ What You’ll Be Doing
• Supporting customers over the phone with delivery‑related queries
• Working closely with our store teams to schedule and coordinate direct deliveries
• Handling customer questions, complaints and general enquiries in a professional manner
• Tracking deliveries and updating customers on progress
• Updating and maintaining daily routing plans
• Using internal systems to log information accurately and efficiently
• Liese with drivers to update customers on orders, issues and updated delivery times.

• Excellent telephone manner
• Confident using computers and able to learn new systems
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and problem‑solve
• Flexibility to support occasional weekend work

• £12.75 per hour (increasing in April)
