Part-Time Legal Secretary – Family & Litigation
Our clients, a firm of Solicitors, are seeking an experienced and organised Part-Time Legal Secretary to join a busy and friendly team. The role will primarily support the Family department, with some assistance provided to the Litigation team as required.
This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and reliable individual who enjoys working in a professional environment and providing high-quality administrative and secretarial support to fee earners.
Key Responsibilities:

Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence

Managing diaries, appointments, and client meetings

Preparing and filing legal documents and court forms

Handling telephone calls and client enquiries in a professional manner

Opening and closing files and maintaining accurate records

Assisting with general administrative duties within the Family and Litigation teams
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience as a Legal Secretary (experience in Family Law desirable)

Strong typing and administrative skills

Excellent attention to detail and organisational ability

Good communication and client care skills

The ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management systems
Hours:
Part-time hours to be agreed.
Salary:
Dependent on experience and pro rata'd
