We are currently recruiting experienced, full‑time Warehouse Operative/Reach Truck FLT Driver for our client based in the Bracknell (RG12) area.
We are looking for individuals with previous warehouse experience who are ready to join a fast‑paced and supportive team.
This is an ongoing temporary position with excellent prospects for permanent employment and long‑term career progression.
Key Information
Job Title: Warehouse Operative / FLT Driver
Location: Bracknell (RG12)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
Pay Rate: £14.81 per hour
Requirement: A Basic DBS check must be completed prior to startingMain Duties
Support the Team Leader and colleagues with daily operational tasks
Conduct inventory control and cycle counting
Process goods-in activities
Pick and pack goods for outbound shipments
Work to agreed SLAs and KPIs
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
Process outbound materials/orders in line with work instructions
Communicate effectively with other teams to provide a high-quality serviceRequired Skills & Experience
Ideally holds a valid reach truck certificate with proven experience
Minimum 2 years' warehouse experience
Experience using WMS systems (SAP/JDA preferred)
Strong verbal and written English skills
Confident numerical ability
Experience in stock picking, packing and shipping
Skilled in inventory control and cycle counting
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions
Strong organisational and communication skills
High attention to detail with the ability to multitask
