⭐ What We're Looking For
Level 3 qualification in Early Years or equivalent
Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
A caring, proactive, and positive approach
Strong understanding of safeguarding and EYFS
Reliability and confidence working as part of a team

Supporting children's learning and development through play
Assisting with daily routines and activities
Creating a safe, stimulating environment
Building positive relationships with children, staff, and parents
Contributing to planning and observations
