An electrical contractor delivering commercial projects across London is seeking a Contract Administrator to join their team based in Three Bridges.
This role would suit someone organised and detail-focused who enjoys supporting project delivery teams and ensuring documentation and project administration runs smoothly.
The Role
• Supporting project managers and contracts managers with project administration
• Maintaining project documentation and records
• Assisting with contract documentation and reporting
• Coordinating communication between project teams, suppliers and clients
• Managing project paperwork, files and systems
• Supporting procurement and commercial teams where required
Requirements
• Previous experience in a construction or engineering administration role
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Ideally some exposure to electrical or construction environments
