Location: Southampton
Pay: £14 – £17 per hour (depending on experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday,8:00am – 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Operative / Handyman to join our client’s team in the SO15 area of Southampton. This is a varied role where you will be responsible for carrying out general maintenance and ensuring the site is kept in good working order.
Duties for a Maintenance Operative / Handyman will include:
General maintenance and handyman duties
Basic painting and decorating
Garden maintenance and outdoor upkeep
Carrying out minor repairs and general site maintenance
Supporting with basic fabric engineer tasks
Ensuring the site is safe, clean, and well maintained
The ideal Maintenance Operative / Handyman will have:
Previous experience in general maintenance, facilities, or handyman roles
Experience with basic repairs, painting, and garden work
A practical, hands-on approach
Ability to work independently and manage a range of tasks
Good reliability and work ethic
Candidates with experience working in holiday park maintenance, property maintenance, or groundskeeping would be highly desirable.
