Night Labourer Needed - Heavy Lifting & Signalling
We are looking for a disciplined, hardworking Night Labourer to join our site team for an upcoming start within the next few weeks or so. This is a demanding role requiring high attention to safety and physical stamina during night shifts.
Shift Information
Working Hours: 8:00 pm - 6:00 am (Night Shift)
Location: Crawley, West Sussex

Key Responsibilities
Assisting with heavy lifting and site clearance.
Acting as a Banksman / Slinger Signaller to guide plant and vehicle movements.
Ensuring the site remains safe and tidy during nocturnal operations.
Adhering to strict Health & Safety protocols.
Mandatory Requirements
To be successful in this application, you must possess the following:
CSCS Card: Valid and in-hand.
Experience: Proven experience in lifting, banksman, or slinger/signaller duties.
Driving License: Must be able to drive to reach the site during out-of-office hours.
Documentation: * Full 5-year work history with no gaps in employment.
Professional references from previous site managers.
Proof of Right to Work in the UK.
PPE: Must own and bring full high-visibility PPE (Hard hat, steel toe boots, etc.).Note on DBS: A DBS check is preferred. If you do not have one, we are prepared to process this once you are on-site.
