Salary: £22,000 – £26,000 per year + Overtime

Immediate Opportunity for Stores Assistants with FLT Licence
We are seeking a reliable Stores Assistant / Warehouse Operative with a valid FLT (Forklift Truck) licence to join our busy warehouse and distribution team. Due to the location, candidates must have their own transport
This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates with warehouse, stores, or stock handling experience to work in a fast-paced, organised environment with opportunities for overtime and career progression.
Key Responsibilities

Receive, inspect, and store goods in the warehouse

Operate forklift trucks (FLT) safely to move and organise stock

Pick, pack, and dispatch orders accurately and efficiently

Maintain accurate stock records and inventory documentation

Assist with loading and unloading deliveries

Support general warehouse housekeeping and safety

Follow all Health & Safety regulations and company procedures

Work with the warehouse team to meet daily targets and deadlines
Experience & Qualifications

Previous experience as a Stores Assistant, Warehouse Operative, or Stock Controller

Valid FLT / Forklift Truck licence essential

Experience in stock management, inventory control, or warehouse operations

Basic IT skills for inventory and stock record-keeping

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
