Repairs Technician - CarpenterLocation: TeddingtonSalary: £40,698 per annumWho we’re looking forWe’re looking for a repairs technician who has a particular focus on carpentry to carry out reactive and planned works in our customers’ homes. You’ll be completing installations, repairs and maintenance work. This will include staircases, windows, doors, and furniture, as well as some minor after trade work such as brickwork, plastering and basic plumbing. Doing your job brilliantly means completing your work to the highest level, first time, and making sure we always work in accordance with rules, regulations and our contract. You’ll also keep and maintain records for audit purposes, work collaboratively with other teams, and make sure we’re always working safely.Your experience in a similar all-round multi-trade role along with the ability to undertake various tasks such as plumbing, carpentry, patch plastering and tiling will mean you’re able to make a difference to our customers repairs straight away.
