Homeowner AdvisorLocation: Teddington with flexibilitySalary: £37,479.00 per annumFixed term Contract up to 12 MONTHS MATERNITY COVERWho we’re looking for As Homeowner Advisor, you’ll use your technical knowledge and expertise to manage complex queries and cases quickly and brilliantly, consistently delivering a fantastic experience to support our homeowners and a service that keeps on getting better. A typical day for you would include responding to observations as part of the s20 consultation process, working with solicitors to find solutions to complex cases, supporting service charge management and recovery and contributing to the team management of our portfolio of properties with managing agents.You’ll have experience in a similar role in housing management, including managing leasehold and shared ownership properties. You’ll be confident in dealing with the Section 20 process, enfranchisement, lease extensions and service charge recovery.
