They are seeking reliable, motivated individuals with proven air cargo warehouse experience who can thrive in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Night Shift Warehouse Operatives (2 Positions)
Day Shift Warehouse Operative (1 Position – Potential Supervisor Progression)

Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off

Hours: 7:00am – 7:00pm

Salary: £30,000 per year

Progression: Opportunity to move into a Supervisor role, with salary increasing up to £37,000

Holiday: 20 days including Bank Holidays
Key Responsibilities

Handling air freight cargo within a busy warehouse environment

Loading and unloading vehicles and ULDs safely and efficiently

Operating a FLT Counterbalance to move cargo within the warehouse

Building and breaking down pallets in line with air freight procedures

Checking and verifying cargo documentation and shipment details

Ensuring cargo is handled securely and in line with aviation security regulations

Maintaining accurate records and warehouse systems where required

Following health & safety procedures and maintaining a clean working environment

Working effectively as part of a shift-based warehouse team to meet operational deadlines
