Curriculum Admin Assistant
Location: Bromley
Salary: £15.56
Hours: 22.2 hours per week (3 days per week)
Contract: Temporary until 13th March 2026
Our client, a respected organisation within the education sector, is seeking a proactive and organised Curriculum Admin Assistant to provide essential support to curriculum teams, students and staff.
This part-time role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy environment and enjoys varied administrative work. Please note: lunch breaks are unpaid and should not be included on weekly timesheets.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver excellent customer service to learners, staff and visitors
- Process information accurately as directed by curriculum management
- Manage general office duties including stationery orders, print requests, calls, filing and post
- Use student systems to track attendance, progress and status
- Support follow-up of student absences
- Provide admin support for progress reviews and year-end reporting
- Produce student references
- Support disciplinary processes, including minute-taking
- Assist with evacuation and emergency procedures
- Support recruitment events, open days and enrolment
- Assist with exam communications and coordination
- Contribute to improving administrative processes
- Organise workload effectively and use initiative
- Undertake additional duties as required
Person Specification:
- Level 3 qualification or equivalent
- Experience in an office environment
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Experience providing high-quality customer service
- Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritise tasks
- Flexible and adaptable team player
A current and valid ENHANCED DBS is required for this role.
