This position could become permanent for the right candidate.
Role Responsibilities:

Working as part of the Planning and Compliance Team

Accurately entering data into MS Excel spreadsheets

Responding to incoming emails in a timely manner

General administrative duties relevant to the team
You will need:

Previous experience of providing administrative support to a busy team

Competent MS Office skills specifically MS Excel and Outlook

Good attention to detail

Confident communication skills both written and verbal
