As a Bid Assistant, you’ll join a talented and collaborative marketing team responsible for winning exciting projects across architecture, interiors, and masterplanning. You’ll gain hands-on experience creating compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing content while learning from experienced bid professionals in a supportive environment.

Office: Holborn, Central London
Hours: Full-time, Monday–Friday (Hybrid Working 2 days per week)
Duties
Support the preparation of high-quality bids, proposals, and presentations
Assist bid coordinators in managing deadlines and coordinating project teams
Draft and edit proposal content, case studies, and marketing collateral
Maintain and update CVs, project sheets, and internal marketing materials
Review and download tender documentation from procurement portals
Help manage project and client information within internal databases
Requirements
0–2 years’ experience in marketing, bids, or administration (built environment experience beneficial)
Strong written communication and attention to detail
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Experience with Adobe InDesign and/or Photoshop
A proactive team player who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment
