Location: London City
Hours: 5am - 1pm (early start necessary for role)
Working Pattern: Full-time, Permanent & fully office based
Salary: £32,000 - £38,000 (DOE)

Our client, a long‑established leader within the UK wholesale sector, is seeking a dedicated Sales Administrator to join their vibrant and supportive team. Known for their strong market presence, high‑quality product portfolio, and excellent reputation with both independent and national customers.
About the Role: As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in keeping our operations running smoothly. This is primarily a data entry position with responsibilities in credit control, communication, and filing.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete driver's invoices in Excel by accurately filling in data on templates.
Enter stock counts, sales, and market purchases into our DOS database system (dBase).
Conduct weekly checks for missing tickets to ensure records are up-to-date.
Manage credit control for 50% of the sales ledger, maintaining excellent relationships with clients.
Investigate and resolve any issues related to receipt allocations.
organise and maintain efficient invoice filing systems.
Who We're Looking For:
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Proficiency in Excel and basic understanding of database systems.
Good communication skills, especially in credit control emails and calls.
Team player who is adaptable and willing to take on additional responsibilities.
What We Offer:
A competitive salary ranging from £32,000 to £38,000, depending on experience.
20 working days of annual leave plus bank holidays (note: no holidays in December or during bank holiday weeks).
Conveniently located office
Free parking available (please note that congestion charges are not covered).
Opportunity for additional pay during holiday cover for the cash desk at night for four weeks a year (Not mandatory)
