Band 6 RMN – Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) | Aylesbury | Full-Time | 2 Months (Initial)
We are urgently recruiting an experienced Band 6 Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) to support a busy Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) in Aylesbury.
This is a patient-facing, onsite role (remote working is not permitted).
Contract: 06/02/2026 – 06/04/2026 (initial 2 months)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Working Pattern: Monday–Friday
Shift Times: 09:00–17:00
Role Type: Temporary
Essential Skills / Experience

Strong knowledge and interest in community mental health care

Proven experience in risk management

Good understanding of clinical governance

Understanding of legal responsibilities of the profession

Experience working within CMHTs and multi-disciplinary/interdisciplinary teams

Confident communication and patient engagement skills
