We are recruiting a Team Leader for a new 2-bed children’s residential home in Liverpool L11, supporting young people with EBD.
The role involves leading shifts, supporting staff, and ensuring the day-to-day running of the home meets Ofsted standards, safeguarding requirements, and organisational policies.
Responsibilities:

Lead shifts and support Residential Care Workers

Support young people with emotional and behavioural needs

Maintain safeguarding and promote the welfare of children

Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations

Support consistency, routines, and positive outcomes
Requirements:

Level 3 Diploma in Children and Young People (essential)

Experience in children’s residential care

Knowledge of EBD, safeguarding, and Ofsted requirements

Ability to lead by example

2 on / 4 off rota
