Job Description
Lead and promote a strong Health & Safety culture, ensuring compliance with warehouse procedures and safe working practices.
Lead the warehouse team on shift to achieve high levels of dispatch accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Supervise team members, directing daily activities and managing performance, attendance, and training needs.
Ensure all dispatch documentation and customs paperwork are completed accurately and provided to carriers at the point of loading.
Ensure all loads are dispatched on time in full while supporting continuous improvement within warehouse operations.Warehouse Shift Leader
Essential Experience / Skills / Qualifications
Experience supervising or managing teams within a warehouse or logistics environment.
Strong attention to detail with good numerical skills to ensure stock and system accuracy.
Good working knowledge of warehouse systems and general computer literacy.
Understanding of warehouse processes including FIFO, housekeeping standards (5S), and Health & Safety.
Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Warehouse Shift Leader
