Role overview
You drive regional growth across Germany and Northern Europe while ensuring excellent delivery of on-site insourcing engagements at customer locations. You identify opportunities, build trusted relationships and lead teams to deliver measurable customer value.
- Own and develop the regional pipeline; actively support up- and cross-selling within your territory
- Collaborate closely with deal teams to ensure an outstanding end-to-end customer experience
- Support pricing models, tenders and commercial proposals
- Prepare high-quality customer presentations and decision materials
- Lead and develop operational teams at customer sites (engagement, culture, performance)
- Ensure contract compliance and operational excellence across engagements
- Monitor key KPIs, analyze performance data and drive continuous improvement actions
- Lead projects to improve efficiency, quality and cost-effectiveness
- Fluent in German and English (Italian is a plus)
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Management or a comparable field
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
- Very confident in MS Office, especially creating impactful presentations
- Proactive, analytical and commercially minded working style
