Despatch Administrator
Location: Clevedon, North Somerset
Hours: 40 hours per week
08:45 to 16:45 Monday to Thursday
08:45 to 16:00 Friday with early finish
Salary: Competitive, available on application
Contract: Permanent
We are recruiting for a Despatch Administrator to join a growing food manufacturing business at their Clevedon site. This role sits within the Supply Chain team and reports to the Inside Sales Team Leader.
Key Responsibilities of a Despatch Administrator:

Deliver a high level of customer service, liaising with customers and suppliers

Process sales and purchase orders efficiently

Manage customer expectations and ensure deliveries are on time and in full

Respond promptly to customer queries and orders

Coordinate despatch of goods with logistics providers and hauliers

Prepare despatch documentation

Manage and coordinate third party storage
Key Skills of a Customer Service & Despatch Administrator:

Previous experience in customer service and/or despatch

Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Confident communicator and effective team player

Competent in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and Outlook

GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent) at Grade B or above

Excellent time management and flexible approach

Full Right to Work in the UK

Full clean driving licence
