Hours: Working alternate days during the week, Late shift or afternoon shift and including weekends, 25 hours a week
ISQ Recruitment is working with a public services organisation in Norwich NR3 who are looking to recruit support the smooth operation of the Golf facility on a rota basis. The role is mainly dealing with customers wanting to use the facilities, using a modern till to take payments. There will also be a small amount of course maintenance, putting irrigation on and litter picking the course, putting flags out and bringing them in at the end of shift.

Customer Service & Cash Handling
Experience in operating a modern till system accurately and efficiently. (Training can be given)
issue out clubs and balls
Process card payments.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Provide a friendly and professional service to members of the public.
Answer customer enquiries and provide information about pricing, bookings, and course rules.
Balance till receipts at the end of shifts as required. Course Maintenance & Presentation
Irrigate the greens as required.
Put flags out on the greens at the start of play and remove/store them appropriately.
Litter pick across the course to maintain a clean and tidy appearance.
Monitor the course for any hazards or maintenance issues and report them promptly.
Assist in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in all customer-facing areas.
