Warehouse Operative – £13.59 per hour – Monday to Friday - Temp to Perm Opportunity!
We’re looking for a reliable Warehouse Operative with Counterbalance and Pivot forklift licences to join a busy manufacturing team!
This role offers a competitive rate of £13.59 per hour (£28,260 per year) with consistent hours: 11:00am – 7:00pm, Monday to Friday, after an initial training period (9:00am – 5:00pm).
What you’ll do:
Operate counterbalance and pivot forklifts to safely load, unload and move materials
Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately
Book in deliveries and manage goods in/goods out documentation
Transport raw materials and finished products across warehouse and production areas
Maintain stock accuracy through regular checks and cycle counts
Carry out daily equipment inspections and keep your work area safe and organised
Support production teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What we’re looking for:
Counterbalance and Pivot forklift licences
Previous warehouse, factory, or production experience
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Reliable with excellent timekeeping
Team player with a positive attitude
