Project Quantity Surveyor | Façade Remediation | Waterloo | Office-Based
A well-established main contractor is looking to appoint a Project Quantity Surveyor to support delivery of three live façade remediation schemes across London and the Home Counties.
This role will initially be office-based from their Waterloo head office, supporting multiple projects valued between £1m–£3m.
You’ll report directly into a Senior QS and work within an established commercial structure.
This is not a Senior QS role — they need a solid Project QS who can manage multiple smaller schemes confidently and independently.
The Role
Commercial management of 3 façade remediation projects (£1m–£3m)
• Procurement and management of subcontractor packages
• CVRs, cost reporting and forecasting
• Variations and change control across multiple live jobs
• Supporting the Senior QS and liaising with operational teams
• Managing projects through to final account
This is structured, process-driven commercial control across multiple concurrent schemes.
What they’re looking for
Project QS (not Senior QS)
• Degree qualified (essential)
• Main contractor background – Tier 2 preferred
• Experience managing multiple live projects desirable
• Comfortable working from head office initially
• Must live within 45 minutes of Waterloo
Façade or remediation experience is advantageous but not essential if contractor background is aligned.
The Company
Established contractor delivering façade remediation and refurbishment schemes across London and the South.
Structured commercial team with clear reporting lines, consistent pipeline of remediation work.
Strong operational culture without heavy corporate layering.
This would suit someone organised, commercially disciplined and comfortable juggling multiple live projects in a structured environment.
